This relish is amazing for several reasons: it's super healthy, it's really hot and delicious and very easy to make. Just mix together 3 finely chopped tomatoes, red and green chillies or goat's horn peppers (that's what I used) - as much as you can handle, 1/2 finely chopped red onion, 2 crushed garlic cloves, juice from 1/4 lime and 1/2 tbsp olive oil (you can adjust the amounts to your taste). It's basicly a tomato salsa but I had it with rye bread and curd cheese and it was really yummy 😃 ----- Recept na rajcatovou salsu, kterou jsem si dala k chlebu s tvarohem - a bylo to vyborny 😀 Smichejte tri nadrobno pokrajena rajcata, cervene a zelene chilli papricky nebo kozi rohy - kolik zvladnete, pulku najemno pokrajene cervene cibule, 2 prolisovane strouzky cesneku, stavu z 1/4 limety a 1/2 lzice olivoveho oleje.
