I prefer rather mild flavours in general but once in a while it's nice to bring out something more spicy like this vegan Indian red lentil dhal with coconut milk and spinach. Anna Jones, one of my favourite authors, is a master at mixing all kinds of spices into one well balanced delicious meal. In this one she used cilantro, chilli, ginger, cumin, cinnamon, turmeric, pepper... All topped with sweet potatoes baked with cumin and fennel seeds. It's so delicious! A bit complicated to make to be honest, but from time to time, it's worth the effort. ----- Vegansky indicky dhal z cervene cocky a kokosoveho mleka se spenatem a bataty pecenymi s rimskym kminem a fenyklovymi seminky. Velmi dobre, ale trosku slozite, jen do tohohle jednoho receptu prislo asi 7 druhu koreni.
