It might seem from my IG feed like I can cook but in fact I rely on my cookbooks in 90 percent of my cooking. And I quite rarely get back to what I've already cooked in the past - I love trying new things. So as a result, sometimes during the process I start to be worried about how it's going to turn out 🙈 Like in this case - for the topping, I mixed mashed tangerines, olive oil, chives, white wine vinegar, spring onion, lemon and orange juice, salt and pepper. What do you think - was it good❓😉 ----- Z myho IG by se skoro mohlo zdat, ze umim varit, ale ve skutecnosti se v 90 % pripadu spoleham na svoje kucharky (myslim ty tisteny 😉), kterych mam spoustu. Malokdy se vracim k jidlum, ktera uz jsem varila, radsi zkousim nove veci. A tak se obcas stane, ze behem toho procesu zacnu mit trosku obavu, co z toho vyleze. Jako v tomhle pripade - na ten dressink jsem smichala rozmackanou mandarinku s olivovym olejem, pazitkou, bilym vinnym octem, jarni cibulkou, citronovou a pomerancovou stavou, soli a peprem.
