One more photo of our latest addition to the blog: stuffed calamari with bacon and pumpkin purée with red curry paste. Nom! Over some time we have been discussing our blog and what we should do: which way to go with recipes. As Jan is a chef, some people tend to criticize us that the recipes are too complex, so we did add some simpler stuff.However, Jan showed that he cannot be tamed 😈 and he cooked me this on Friday.
