Today's delicious and healthy but not really photogenic #lunch. Butter beans with #fennel, tomatoes and lemon, recipe by Anna Jones, which is simply amazing. I'm not a big fan of fennel but in this recipe, the licorice or aniseed taste of fennel is kind of gone.
