Healthy snack inspiration - veggie patties with tomato sauce. It's super easy - just fry the onion lightly, then add a little cubes of carrot, potato and squash and a little vegetable stock and boil together until the veg is soft (but not overcooked) and all the liquid has evaporated. Then mix in peas and some herbs if you like. I filled a round slices of puff pastry with this mixture, and baked. Let me know if you need more details. ----- Zdrava svacinka - zeleninove tasticky s rajcatovou omackou - osmahnete cibulku, pridate kosticky z mrkve, brambory a dyne a povarite v trosce zeleninoveho vyvaru, dokud neni zelenina mekka (ale ne prevarena) a tekutina odparena. Nakonec vmichate hrasek a nejake bylinky - treba petrzelku.
