Strawberry season is finally here, now it's time to get the most of it... We already had the strawberry dumplings - good old classics in Czech cuisine - for lunch and right after that I've made this dessert/snack - strawberries and rhubarb mixed with lemon juice and natural sugar on the crust made of rolled oats, melted butter, natural sugar and a pinch of salt. ----- Konecne je tu sezona jahod, my bereme ty kunraticke, a jsou vazne skvele.
