I can't imagine my life without bread... I'll rather workout twice as much than giving up on bread :) Once in a while I attempt to bake my own, this is one of them. Nothing special or too complicated, but it tastes good, and I'm motivated to give it another try really soon. By the way, every time I knead the yeast dough, I admire our grandmas for how easy they made it look... I find it really challenging! 💪 ----- Pokus o domaci chleba, nic specialniho nebo sloziteho, ale chutna dobre. Neumim si predstavit zivot bez chleba, radsi budu dvakrat vic cvicit nez se ho vzdat. Napriklad hneteni testa je celkem fyzicky narocne, vzdycky obdivuju nase babicky, ktere to zvladaly jako by nic... 😳 Ja do toho vetsinou zapojuju vsechny ctyri koncetiny.
